REVENANT, A PROJECT ZOMBOID ROLEPLAY SERVER https://discord.gg/dpg7dVPFeT Revenant PZRP is a heavy RP and text-based server featuring a community of seasoned writers, artists, and staff! Each season is planned to alternate between both longer (4 months) and shorter (1-2 months), as well as have their own separate narratives/storylines with custom art, mods, and events for each! Why join? We're a heavy RP server with a custom chat mod as well as a host of features made in-house to support DMs and players during events! Our community has been around for awhile, with our parent server being Pandemonium (with different leadership in this new server), with many, many seasoned writers. Custom mods, tiles, and staff to support both. We like to change maps and tiles each season to fit the story! We use the Pandemonium TTRPG dice system, but with our own edits, as well as a dice mod that helps integrate that into events. We are an English speaking server! Currently we are in Season 2! REVENANT SEASON 2 | MIASMA | 2001, November - Just South of the Arctic Circle - Selawik Lake, AK Cold. Darkness. Something foul on the air. Step into the frigid Alaskan countryside at the turn of the season. See beautiful sights. Smell the fresh air. Whether you've lived here your whole life, moved here to escape your past, or been brought here by money or the will of the American Government, this place calls to you. In the summertime, it's a blissful paradise of tundra and green pines. But that's summer. Winter approaches and the days grow shorter. The cold is drifting in. The lingering specter of the Cold War and the S2-Di chemical disaster and the exclusion zone it created still haunt this jewel of the American wilderness. Selawik Lake is a boom town that never boomed from the gold rushes of the early 1900s, sitting just outside this haunting reminder of what was - peaceful and isolated. To this day, the town defies being possessed by the government's ghosts. It makes mistakes into foundations, protecting what remains of flora and fauna alike by the sanctions placed upon local fonts of wildlife preservations. Memories linger in the garden but the people stay tending to it. Not far from this quiet town, Palmer Research Station is a spot of determined ingenuity among a sea of ice. The world's top minds are paid salaries beyond the dreams of any research budget to explore the mysteries hidden beneath the permafrost. Each day these minds dig deeper into banks of ice and snow that might hold the next spark to ignite a rush of activity like the world has never been seen before. If your mind is sharp, and you sign the world's most restrictive set of a hundred NDAs, you might just get your spot to prove yourself this generation's Einstein. Overseeing it all, the watchful eye of North Alaskan Command monitors their greatest effort with an imperious gaze. Military officers, PMCs, Grunts, and NCOs operate as a machine with decades of mistakes, successes, and objectives, all driving towards a singular task. To be inducted into this assignment is to operate at the highest level of secrecy. These men and women take their orders and are expected to follow them to the letter, all on the taxpayer's dollar. After all, if they fail, there's no telling how great the cost may be... Your Story is Your Own! Make friends, enemies, and your final effort to survive a doomed cause. Fight against the remnants of troubles left by the mismanagement of world governments. Make a herculean effort to preserve the lives that you have and die trying
